Safety & Allergies: It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list for each product to ensure you do not have any known sensitivities or allergies. We highly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Chulip is not liable for any individual adverse reactions to our ingredients.

Section 3 - Orders and Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Heat Sensitivity: Due to the composition of our formulas, our products are sensitive to extreme heat. We are not responsible for products whose quality is affected during transit or after delivery if left in high-heat environments (such as mailboxes or porches) for extended periods. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery.

Chulip warrants product quality only when stored in a cool, dry place (under 25°C) out of direct sunlight. We are not liable for product degradation resulting from improper storage, moisture contamination, or use beyond the recommended shelf life.
