5. How long do CHULIP products last for?

For the freshest experience, we recommend using your CHULIP products within 6 months. Keep them in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight — each product comes with a care card showing its best-before date.

6. How should I store my CHULIP?

Keep them cool (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight, and always sealed to keep the formula potent.

7. Why does my lip gloss look like it's not exactly full?

Totally normal! The small air gap at the top is intentional — filling it all the way to the top would affect how the wand applies and how the product performs. You're getting every bit of your standard measure; it just needs a little breathing room.

One tip: if you ever feel the wand being pushed up as you twist to open, just twist it back down gently after use. This is just the air in the tube doing its thing — it doesn't affect the gloss itself.
