1. Our Production Schedule
Our commitment to quality means every Chulip product is crafted with the freshest natural ingredients. We dedicate Mondays and Tuesdays to production, ensuring your order is made with care.
2. Cherishing Your Chulip: Product Care
Your balm is made with natural ingredients, so it responds to temperature.
Too firm? Warm the tube in your pocket for a minute before applying. Never force or press hard — the balm may break.
Too soft? Pop it in the fridge for 5 minutes before use. Avoid applying when the balm feels loose or jiggly — it may shift off-centre in the tube.
