We offer home delivery at a $11 flat rate.

Your parcel is delivered directly to your home address via Australia Post.

When you spend $50 or more, shipping's on us.

Delivery timeframe: 2–6 business days after dispatch

1. When will you ship my order?

Usually within 1–3 business days after production. We ship as soon as your order is ready.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Not currently.

4. What if my address is incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at order@chulipcare.com with the order numbers if you notice an error. We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
