Thank you for choosing CHULIP! Because we are committed to freshness and sustainability, we do not keep large amounts of old stock. Instead, your products are handcrafted only after your order is placed.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. To keep things simple, we offer a flat rate for all deliveries.

  • Shipping Rate: $11.00 Flat Rate (Australia-wide)

  • Delivery Options: Home Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days (Standard Shipping)

2. Heat Sensitivity & Product Care

Our formulas are made with natural ingredients and handcrafted without synthetic stabilizers or hardeners. This makes our blends beautifully creamy, but also sensitive to the Australian climate.

  • Safe Transit: During periods of extreme heat, we may slightly adjust our dispatch dates to ensure your fresh batch isn't held in a sorting facility over a weekend.

  • Prompt Retrieval: To maintain the intended consistency of your lip care, we recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.

  • Disclaimer: CHULIP is not responsible for products that experience consistency changes or softening due to extended exposure in high-heat environments (such as mailboxes or porches). If your product arrives soft, simply place it in a cool, dry place to firm up before use.

3. Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. Once the package is transferred to the carrier (Australia Post), the title and risk of loss pass to you.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at order@chulipcare.com if you notice an error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required to send it out again.
